(Bloomberg) — Asian Individuals and Pacific Islanders in finance face structural racism that stymies profession development, a current survey discovered.
9 out of 10 respondents stated prejudice excludes them from consideration for senior or executive-level positions — a problem some name hitting the “bamboo ceiling,” in keeping with a report by the Affiliation of Asian American Funding Managers.
